Founder

Scenius was co-founded in May 2023 by Matt Parkes and Ann-Mari Freebairn. Ann-Mari played a key role in shaping the company’s leadership coaching and marketing offering. She has since stepped down as Co-Founder and Director to focus on developing her private coaching and consulting business.

We have a growing team of more than 20 Associates, experienced in every aspect of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Coaching, Leadership Development and Strategy. Here are just some of them.
